Switchgear, UPS, and critical distribution
LV/MV switchgear, motor control centres, UPS, and protection systems engineered to keep critical operations online — from oil & gas and data centres to municipal pumping.
Keep critical loads online
Our power and controls scope covers everything from incoming MV switchgear through main and sub-distribution to terminal panels. We integrate UPS, generators, automatic transfer schemes, and protection relays so that mission-critical loads — data centres, hospitals, control rooms, treatment plants — keep running when the grid does not.
Core components
- MV switchgear (air-insulated, IEC 62271-200) up to 36 kV
- LV switchgear (Form 4b, IEC 61439) up to 6300 A
- Intelligent motor control centres
- Numerical protection relays (IEC 61850)
- Oil and dry-type transformers
- Online double-conversion UPS systems
- Industrial DC battery systems (110/220 V DC)
- Automatic transfer switches and synchronizing panels
- Generators and synchronizing controls
- Power factor correction and harmonic filtering
Applications
- Oil & gas substations and control rooms
- Utility primary and secondary substations
- Water and wastewater pumping stations
- Industrial plants and MCC rooms
- Data centres and SCADA rooms
- Hospitals and emergency services
- Commercial buildings and campuses
Reliability targets
Topologies are selected against the criticality of the load — 2N for tier-3+ data centres and surgical suites, N+1 for control rooms and primary substations, single-stream with bypass for industrial plants. Protection coordination, arc-flash, and short-circuit studies accompany every detailed design.
